By accessing or using the TehKluma.tv website, its associated services, bots, and any related platforms (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service encompasses a variety of features offered on the TehKluma.tv website and through associated bots. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The TehKluma.tv Website: Displaying live stream status, information about community and team members, a subscriber command center, and other informational or interactive content.
• Song Request System: Allowing users to request songs to be played on a Twitch stream through integration with Spotify.
• Twitch Chat Bot: Providing interactive commands and information within the Twitch chat environment associated with TehKluma (e.g., song requests, playback controls, informational commands, user engagement features).
• Discord Notification Bot: Delivering notifications, such as live stream alerts, to designated Discord channels.

The Service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding its functionality or availability.

3. User Accounts and Access

3.1 Twitch Authentication

• You must have a valid Twitch account to use the Service
• By authenticating with Twitch, you grant us permission to access certain information from your Twitch account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Twitch account credentials

3.2 Spotify Integration

• Song requests require a valid Spotify account with an active Premium subscription
• You must comply with Spotify's Terms of Service when using the Service

4. User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

• Misuse any interactive features of the Service, including but not limited to submitting inappropriate content via song requests, bot commands, or other interactive elements.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service
• Use automated systems to submit excessive requests
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Moderate, remove, filter, or reject any user-submitted content, command, or interaction at our sole discretion.
• Ban users who violate these Terms
• Implement request limits or other restrictions

5. Intellectual Property

• All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to song information, is the property of their respective owners
• You may only use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the Service
