TehKluma.tv Discord Live Bot (“the Bot”) and Dashboard (“the Dashboard”) are tools for managing and announcing live Twitch streamers in Discord servers. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your information.

2. Data We Collect

• Discord User Data: The Bot may process Discord user IDs, usernames, and server/channel IDs solely for the purpose of sending announcements and managing streamer lists.
• Twitch Data: The Bot fetches public live stream status and metadata from Twitch’s public API.
• Dashboard Authentication: The Dashboard uses a password for admin access. No personal information is stored except for the hashed admin password.
• No Sensitive Data: We do not collect, store, or share any sensitive personal information.

3. How We Use Data

• To send live notifications to Discord channels as configured by server administrators.
• To allow admins to manage the list of monitored streamers via the Dashboard.
• To maintain operational security (e.g., password protection for the Dashboard).

4. Data Sharing

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• Data is only used internally for the operation of the Bot and Dashboard.

5. Data Security

• All credentials and tokens are stored securely in environment variables and are not shared.
• The Dashboard is protected by a password and is not publicly indexed.

6. User Rights

• You may request removal of your data by removing the Bot from your server.
