By using the TehKluma.tv Discord Live Bot and Dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Use of the Bot and Dashboard

• The Bot may only be added to Discord servers with the permission of the server owner.
• The Dashboard is for use by authorized administrators only.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Do not use the Bot or Dashboard for illegal activities, harassment, or spam.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Dashboard or Bot.

4. Availability

• We strive to keep the Bot and Dashboard available, but do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted service.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The Bot and Dashboard are provided “as is” without warranties.
• We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from use of the Bot or Dashboard.

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate access to the Bot or Dashboard for violations of these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
